This tutorial is a basic introduction to Quantum Machine Learning, based on the IBM Qiskit 2021 Summer School course, with accompanying Qiskit code and instructions on how to use it available here.
Currently, this tutorial is a work in progress, so until I have finished it you can directly check out the source YouTube playlist of the course and the online Qiskit textbook.
